Less wrinkles please…. I do not watch television news very often, but luckily I know people who do. A friend at work saw this piece and forwarded the link along to me. Apparently brow lifts can stop migraine. I wish they said WHY.

Empire Avenue
I just started “playing” empire avenue. It is either a novel way to metric your social networking or it is a time sink. So far I have done well simply by spending a few minutes on EA whenever I log in to check Facebook, Twitter, etc. Basically how it works is that you build net worth by:
- Engaging in your normal social networking,
- Investing in other players, and
- Having other players invest in you.
The investing paradigm is similar to other exchanges. A good investor mixes their investments between income producing shares (those with good dividends) and shares that will provide a good resale. I am hoping that I can leverage the “game” aspect of EA to push through some procrastination.

ERP and e-commerce with Joomla and webERP
This is something I need to try after I get done with my current projects. CARTwebERP integrates a Joomla website with webERP, and it is developed by one of the webERP developers. As a bonus this person, Mo Kelly, was originally spawned in a medieval accountancy slave farm; so he actually has practical experience in the subject he is coding for. Unusual.
